Private 1-to-1 coaching

Know exactly what
you are working on.

Private coaching gives you a structured place to understand what is happening, decide what needs to change and put that change into practice in your actual life.

Private Bespoke · By application

Your priorities at the centre.
The right support built around you.

A highly personalised private engagement for people whose responsibilities, ambitions or current season require more than coaching alone. Private coaching anchors the work, with relevant practical, specialist or implementation support added only where it would materially strengthen your progress.

What bespoke can include

One person. Seven areas. The support may look different.

The need may sit in wellbeing, family, community, work, wealth, mindset or your wider values and direction. The point is not to build a catalogue of services, but to connect the right support around the person.

Nothing is added for the sake of making the offer bigger.

We identify what would materially strengthen progress and build only what makes sense.

Wellbeing & performance

Strength and conditioning, personal training, qualified nutrition or practical meal support where appropriate.

Work & business

Business strategy, operations, implementation, delegation or other practical support where it would materially help.

Life infrastructure

Scheduling, personal assistance, logistics and practical arrangements that reduce avoidable friction.

Digital & specialist support

Purposeful systems, tools and appropriate specialist expertise coordinated around a clear coaching plan.

Private Coaching

Personal coaching, structure
and accountability.

For when the main need is focused 1-to-1 coaching with clear thinking, challenge, practical application and follow-through. The initial four-month engagement gives the work enough continuity to move beyond insight and into practice.

Choose the context

One coaching standard.
Two pathways.

01

Christian pathway

Faith is intentionally integrated into the way we understand identity, boundaries, purpose, responsibility and growth.

02

Personal values-led pathway

The coaching centres your personal values, responsibilities and direction without requiring Christian belief.

How the coaching works

Personal enough to respond.
Structured enough to move.

The work is shaped around your circumstances rather than a fixed script. The aim is to keep it clear, practical and connected to what is actually happening in your life.

01

Clarify

Identify what matters most, where the pressure is coming from and what would create the greatest useful change.

02

Apply

Turn the conversation into decisions, actions or boundaries that make sense in your actual life.

03

Review

Use what happens in real life to refine the work, strengthen what is helping and adjust what is not.

Where useful, reflections, practical tools or focused accountability can support the work between conversations without turning the coaching into a rigid programme.

Is this the right fit?

Private coaching works best when you are ready to participate.

This may be for you if

You are ready to take responsibility for what is yours.

You want honest challenge as well as support.

You are willing to practise change between sessions.

You want structure, not simply somewhere to vent.

This may not be the right fit if

You want somebody else to make your decisions for you.

You want a quick fix without changing any behaviour.

You are looking for therapy, diagnosis or clinical treatment.

You are not currently willing to act on what becomes clear.

Before you become a client

What happens in the first conversation?

It is not a sales performance and you do not need to arrive with the perfect explanation. The aim is to understand the situation clearly enough to decide the next step.

1

You tell me what is happening

What feels stuck, pressured, unclear or ready to change.

2

We clarify what you want

Not a perfect life plan — enough clarity to understand the outcome you are moving towards.

3

We decide whether coaching fits

You can ask practical questions and we can both decide whether working together makes sense.

Who is private coaching for?

It is for people who are willing to look honestly at what is happening, take responsibility for what is theirs and practise change between sessions. You do not need to be in crisis.

What is the difference between Private Coaching and Private Bespoke?

Private Coaching is focused 1-to-1 coaching with practical tools, reflection and accountability. Private Bespoke starts with your priorities and can bring together additional specialist, practical or implementation support around your life where it would materially help.

What happens before I become a client?

You can book a short conversation or complete the assessment first. The purpose is to understand what you want to change, what level of support may be appropriate, answer practical questions and decide whether working together is a good fit.

How often do we meet?

Private Coaching usually meets every two weeks. Private Bespoke is shaped around the level of support agreed after assessment and consultation.

How long is the commitment?

Private Coaching begins with a four-month commitment. Private Bespoke is proposed individually after assessment, based on the level and combination of support required.

What does it cost?

Private Coaching is £300 per month with a minimum four-month commitment. Private Bespoke is priced individually after assessment because the level and combination of support varies from person to person.

Do I have to be Christian?

No. You can choose a Christian pathway where faith is intentionally integrated, or a personal values-led pathway centred around your own values and growth.

The first step

You do not need to decide everything today.
Start with a conversation.

We can look at what is happening, what you want to change and whether Private Coaching or Private Bespoke is the more appropriate level of support.
