A book by Aiden Saunders

This Is Love,
Not Religion.

How to Be Strengthened by Boundaries, Abide in Identity, and Live in Purpose.

Rooted in Christian faith. Written for believers, seekers and the curious — for anyone pursuing growth, purpose and wholeness. Across its two parts, the journey moves from what is formed within to the fruit and seasons that become visible in life.

Why I wrote it

What felt like falling apart became soil for something new.

This book grew through many seasons — including times when life felt uncertain, dreams went quiet and faith felt like whispers in the dark. Looking back, I came to understand that the darkness was not the end of the story. It became part of the soil where deeper roots could form.

The invitation is simple: you do not need all the answers to begin. Whether you are thriving or barely holding on, rooted in Christ or carrying different beliefs, what matters most is a willingness to grow.

“This is not just a book to read. It offers a pattern to live by. A rhythm to return to.”
The journey inside the book

Roots. Vine. Fruits. Seasons.

The book follows a rhythm of transformation: what is rooted beneath the surface, how that life is formed, where it becomes visible and how growth changes across seasons.

More than something to finish

Read it. Reflect. Return to it. Live it.

The book is part story, part reflection and part guide. It is designed to be slowed down with, journalled through and revisited — so principles can move from knowledge into practice.

Because it is not enough to know truth. What matters is what becomes embodied in the way you live.

From the page into your life

The book gives you a framework.
Coaching makes it personal.
