I wrote This Is Love, Not Religion to put the deeper work around boundaries, identity, purpose and love into words people could return to.
Explore the bookMy story has taken me from East London to a basketball scholarship in the United States, through hunger and periods without a stable place of my own — staying with others when and where I could — to a life built around helping people strengthen boundaries, identity and purpose.
What I teach was not built only from theory. Much of it was learned while trying to put my own life back into order.

“Sometimes the life you are trying to build exposes the foundations you still need to strengthen.”
I grew up in East London with a love for basketball and a belief that life could become bigger than what I could currently see. That belief took me to the United States on a basketball scholarship, where I studied Business Management and learned discipline, standards and responsibility.
There were also seasons when life became uncertain. I did not always have a stable place of my own and stayed with other people when and where I could. Alongside hunger and starting again, that stripped away the comfort of achievement and forced deeper questions about identity, boundaries, responsibility and what I was building my life on.
For me, Christian faith became a deeper foundation in that process, but the lessons were also intensely practical: clearer boundaries, a stronger sense of identity, greater responsibility and a more grounded understanding of purpose. The movement from dark to light was gradual — rebuilding what sat underneath my life so what came next could be carried differently.
As I rebuilt, I kept meeting people facing their own versions of the same questions: boundaries, identity, responsibility, relationships, purpose and how to bring order to a life carrying too much.
Basketball coaching widened into life coaching. Lessons became writing. Experiences became things I could speak about. House Of Order grew from that: helping people strengthen what sits underneath their life, not simply improve what is visible on top of it.

Explore the bookI work privately with people who want stronger boundaries, clearer identity, more order and practical movement towards the life they want.
I speak about whole-life order, boundaries, identity, purpose, responsibility and what it takes for growth to become real in everyday life.

I do not coach from the assumption that your life should look like mine. Your story, pressures, relationships, faith or values, responsibilities and season all matter.
My role is to help you see what may be difficult to see on your own, strengthen the foundations underneath it and turn insight into something you can actually live.
We pay attention to what is underneath the visible problem.
We turn insight into boundaries, rhythms and practical steps that support real change.
We look for the difference becoming visible in the way you think, relate, work and live.
The framework moves from boundaries through identity and purpose, all the way to love. It gives us a shared way to understand growth without turning you into a programme. If Christian faith is central to your life, it can be intentionally integrated; if not, the coaching can be grounded in your own values and the person you want to become.
Explore the frameworkYour story does not need to look like mine for something to feel out of order. The assessment gives you a place to name where you are, what is carrying too much weight and what you want to move towards. I personally review every assessment before we decide whether private coaching is the right next step.
